Chilaquiles and breakfast burritos in the morning, sandwiches and pasta by the afternoon, in two dining rooms somebody painted by hand. Open seven days on Atlantic Ave.
The Rooms

The back room, painted end to end.
The back dining room is a whole painted street. Balconies, shuttered windows, wrought iron, flower pots, and a carved wooden door with a heart cut into it, all of it on the wall, under wicker lamps on a terracotta tile floor.
The front room is the yellow one, with the name painted big across the wall, garlic bulbs dotted around it and the chef standing guard at the far end with his spatula and cleaver.
It is a cozy place and nobody is pretending otherwise. That is the point of it.
“I love how vibrant it is with the wall paintings.”

“I saw a tik tok video of someone saying this is the best brunch spot and I've been curious since. Today was the day I decided to check it out and oh boy, it was amazing! I got their green chilaquiles and the serving was bountiful and the taste was so good. I love how vibrant it is with the wall paintings. Edit: Came back again to celebrate a job offer! Still the best chilaquiles I've had.”
“I happened to be in the area and looking for breakfast. As one of the only spots open at the time (9 AM), I decided to give the place a shot. I'm glad I did. Ordered the breakfast burrito with chorizo and habanero salsa on the side. Cheese was nicely melted, chorizo seasoned well and the burrito nicely wrapped. I will definitely be back.”
“This cozy hole-in-the-wall surprises with its 'little bit of everything' menu and Mexican twist that brings unexpected flavor to familiar favorites. The portions are generous, the vibe is laid-back, and the staff serve it all with a smile. It's not fancy, but it hits the spot when you're craving comfort food with soul.”
